Executive Director
William Schroder is the Executive Director at CPAT. His previous position in the organization was as Crime Prevention and Youth Program Coordinator. William holds an Honours Degree in Criminology, Justice, and Policy Studies as well as a College Diploma in Police Foundations. William's previous work included mentorship to troubled children within public schools and assisting the wrongfully convicted within the criminal justice system. William is the Coordinator for the Neighbourhood Watch Program and is responsible for areas: 54 & 55 Division.

Kristen first came to CPAT as a co-op student and returned for the summer student program. Kristen has a Police Foundations Diploma from Durham College and is a recent graduate of the Advanced Law Enforcement and Investigations Program. Kristen has volunteered at a hospital and many community events in Toronto, Oshawa & Bowmanville. Kristen is the Scarborough area coordinator for the Neighbourhood Watch Program and is responsible for the following divisions: 13, 14, 41, 42, and 43.
